1. How does the light show work?

When the brush is turned on, your child’s personalised message scrolls across the screen. The lights flash for 1 minute per row of teeth (top and bottom), helping guide a complete 2-minute brushing routine. The lights switch off automatically when brushing is done.

2. How do I programme my child’s name or message?

Hold the “Set-Up” button for 5 seconds. Use the top button to scroll through letters. Press the Set-Up button again to select each letter. When you’ve finished, press until the arrow appears, then press Set-Up one last time to save.

3. How many letters can I use in the display?

Up to 24 characters, including spaces.

4. Can I change the message later?

Yes! You can re-programme it anytime using the same steps. Great for switching between names or messages.

5. What age is this toothbrush suitable for?

It’s designed for children aged 3 and up.

6. Is the toothbrush rechargeable?

No – it’s battery-powered for ease. It comes with 3 replaceable AAA batteries already inside and ready to use.

7. How often should I change the brush head?

Because it’s an electric toothbrush, we recommend changing the brush head every 1 to 2 months, depending on use. If the bristles start to look frayed or worn, it’s time for a fresh one. The pack includes 2 brush heads to get you started.

8. Are replacement brush heads available separately?

9. Is it safe for sensitive gums?

Yes – the toothbrush uses soft, end-rounded DuPont™ Tynex® bristles that are gentle on gums but effective at cleaning.

10. Is it waterproof?

The toothbrush is splash-proof and safe for normal bathroom use, but it shouldn’t be fully submerged in water.

How to Add Your Child’s Name or Message

• Press and hold the Set-Up button for 5 seconds.
• Click the top button to scroll through letters until the one you want appears.
• Press the Set-Up button again to lock that letter in.
• Repeat for each letter (up to 24 characters).
• When finished, click until an arrow appears – press the Set-Up button one last time to save.

Tip: You can add their name, a fun word or a secret message!

• The lights stay on for 2 minutes, gently guiding brushing time.
