Absolutely. Our brushes are designed for children aged 3 and up, but older kids, teens, and grown-ups love them too. Whether you're after fun features for little ones or a compact sonic brush for everyday use, B-Brite makes brushing better for the whole family. -
Where can I buy B-Brite products?
You can shop online via major retailers like Amazon and at selected pharmacies across the UK. -
Are B-Brite toothbrushes safe?
Absolutely. All our toothbrushes are made from safe, non-toxic, and BPA-free materials. You’ll find more details on our Product Safety page.
Orders & Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We currently offer FREE UK delivery on all orders from £22 and up. Orders under £22 have a flat delivery rate of £2.95. -
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are delivered by Evri, as part of TikTok’s own delivery service. -
Do you deliver internationally?
Not just yet — but we’re working on it! We plan to start delivering to the United States in 2025. Join our email list to be the first to know when international delivery goes live. In the meantime.

Can I track my order?
To keep costs low for families, we don’t offer tracking on UK orders sent via Royal Mail. Delivery is usually reliable and quick — but if your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, we’ll send a free replacement. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it. -
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
No worries — we’ve got you. If it’s been more than 14 days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, just email us at info@bbrite.co and we’ll send a free replacement straight away. -

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with bristles untouched. For more details, visit our Returns page. -
Do B-Brite toothbrushes come with a warranty?

How does the flashing or sound timer work?
Just press the button to activate the timer.

- The flashing timer runs for 2 minutes, guiding your child through the full recommended brushing time.
- The fart sound timer runs for 1 minute — perfect for younger kids who are just getting started or need a shorter brushing routine.

How often should we replace the toothbrush?
We recommend replacing the toothbrush every 2 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. -
Can I replace the batteries in my toothbrush?
Electric toothbrush models come with replaceable batteries, and instructions can be found in the user manual. However, our manual toothbrushes do not have replaceable batteries due to choking hazard concerns. For safe battery removal, a screw is required, and instructions are provided on the packaging that comes with each toothbrush.
