Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If the item you receive is faulty or doesn't work properly, take a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of receipt. Once we process the evidence, we'll issue an immediate refund without needing you to return the item.

Items Not As Described, Expected, Or No Longer Needed: If you want to return an item that isn't faulty, contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. We'll provide a full refund after receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging. Note that return fees aren't refundable in this case.

Sale Items: You have the same refund rights for sale items as you do for full-priced items.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must still meet the same eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
