Are B-Brite toothbrushes suitable for all ages?
Our brushes are designed for children aged 3 and up, but many older kids (and even grown-ups!) love them too. They’re a great way to build better brushing habits for the whole family. -

Are B-Brite toothbrushes safe?

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We currently offer FREE UK delivery on orders from £10 GBP. Orders under £9.99 have a flat delivery rate of £2.95. -
How long does delivery take?
We post all UK orders via Royal Mail, and most arrive within 3–5 working days. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are delivered by Evri, as part of TikTok’s own service. -
Do you deliver internationally?
Not just yet — but we’re working on it! We plan to start delivering to the United States in 2025. Join our email list to be the first to know when international delivery goes live. In the meantime.

Can I track my order?
To keep costs low for families, we don’t offer tracking on UK orders sent via Royal Mail. Delivery is usually quick, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, just let us know and we’ll help right away. -
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with bristles untouched. For more details, visit our Returns page. -
Do B-Brite toothbrushes come with a warranty?
Yes – every toothbrush is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something’s not right, email us at info@bbrite.co. Full details are on our Warranty page.Warranty page.
Product Questions

How does the flashing or sound timer work?
Just press the button to activate the timer. The light or sound will run for about two minutes – guiding your child through the recommended brushing time. -
How often should we replace the toothbrush?
We recommend replacing the toothbrush every 2 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. -
Can I replace the batteries in my toothbrush?
Electric toothbrush models come with replaceable batteries, and instructions can be found in the user manual. However, our manual toothbrushes do not have replaceable batteries due to choking hazard concerns. For safe battery removal, a screw is required, and instructions are provided on the packaging that comes with each toothbrush.
